Whispering Pines Sanctuary provides an open air chapel for worship and study, a waterfall-fed baptismal pool, and seven walking trails with five miles or trail to explore. Each path provides guided scripture signs and stations that share God’s story.
Our prayer is that Jesus will meet you where you are and you will embrace a fresh renewal through Christ. Jesus said, “I am leaving you with a gift-peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give you. So don’t be troubled or afraid.”(John 14:27) Come and enjoy a quiet walk, a bible study, or perhaps an adult or youth church fellowship. However you come, we pray you leave changed and renewed through Jesus Christ.

Whispering Pines Sanctuary was founded in 2020 by longtime friends and ministry partners Dr. Thomas Wall and Pastor Eric Disher. When the two men first walked the property, they were led by the Spirit to provide God‘s people with a safe, quiet, peaceful, and sacred place.
Now, Whispering Pines is that sanctuary for church groups, youth retreats, corporate bonding, military respite, and small groups alike. -
Nestled within the northwest boundary of the Uhwarrie National Forest on over 200 acres, Whispering Pines Sanctuary is one hour from Charlotte, NC, 1 hour from Greensboro, NC, and 1.5 hrs from Raleigh, NC.
